‘The Singing Children of Africa’ at Sacred Heart School 21 September 2016
Our school was delighted to welcome 22 children and their leaders from Kenya to our community on Tuesday. The choir, who are visiting Britain as part of their 2016 SMILE tour, sang with joy and energy and everyone left the hall uplifted. The children then spent the day in our Y4/5/6 classes and joined in a variety of lessons. Staff were delighted to see our children playing so well with the visitors during playtime and lunchtime.
